The services described below are adjunct to traditional talk therapy and to my licensed mental health work. They can provide healing, relief, and clarity in a different way than verbal processing alone.
SOUND AND VIBRATIONAL THERAPY: Integrates subtle energy work with sound healing techniques using Tibetan bowls and Acutonics© which is a system that uses tuning forks to balance and heal the body with sound vibration. The goal of the treatment is to integrate the physical body, nervous system, the energetic body, meridians, chakras. Some people have found relief for tension, headaches, fatigue, restlessness, and sleep difficulties.
MULTI-MODAL: Integrates sound and vibrational therapy with hypnotherapy and Interactive-imagery techniques and energy healing techniques.
CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY: This type of hypnotherapy is usually done in the context of an existing therapeutic relationship; however, in some cases it may be done out of this context, but with some preparation and follow up. INTUITIVE ASTROLOGICAL CONSULTATION: Intuitive consultations consists of a combination of intuitively accessing levels of higher awareness to explore areas of concern in your current life sitiation, as well as the astrological chart to glean perspectives on patterns, and cycles in one’s life. Please note this information is not part of my psychotherapy practice.
