Remember, last New Year’s? Everyone was talking about a 2020 vision for the year ahead. With all that is going on, it seems many things have been unveiled, systems of belief and thought that are part of the fabric of the US, and indeed the 3D world have been clearly revealed.
COVID-19 and sociopolitical factors have contracted us to the point where polarization around the infringement of freedoms (external) have created much anger. Each media machine, just as our personal filters and psychological constructs that guide our perceptions of the world, are spinning stories to meet their own survival need. What is true? How do we know it is true?
These continue to be our challenges. As I look at the astrological weather, they will continue to be so for a while. Many talk about ascension time. I say “Yay baby!” Time to go down and look at the shadow of what you have created…of what we as a collective have created. Time for all to look at our anger, hate, and mostly fear. How we have built our systems out of fear. Fear is the ego’s mind stuff trying to maintain its position, it’s security, it’s existence.
I keep taking inventory. I continue to get triggered by polarization, haters and opinion bullies that need you to agree with their truth to be accepted into the status as a human being. 2021 is for new clear and conscious decisions with what I do with this inventory. What do we do as a collective with this awareness?
For my part, I have made a decision to come back to the heart, and to see as best I can through the eyes of the heart and soul. I am reminded of an excerpt of one of Rumi’s poems:
“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass the world is too full to talk about.”
